Can I take a Self Guided Tour even when the Office is closed?

Yes, you can take a Self Guided Tour of your favorite apartment daily from 6:00am – 8:00pm, even on Holidays!

Does it cost anything to apply at this community?

No, it is free to apply for an apartment with SMARTLEASING! After you are approved, you will have the option to pay a reservation fee to hold your apartment.

What parking options are available at this community?

Champions Green offers free surface lot parking for residents.

I shop online quite often! How do I get my packages at this community?

Don’t worry – we have Touch-Free SMARTPACKAGE Lockers that will store your packages until you are ready to pick them up, any time, 24/7.

What is Venterra’s AutoPay Discount, and how much can I save?

When is trash pickup?

Garbage is collected on Valet trash service is five nights a week. From Sunday to Thursday between the hours of 7pm to 11 pm..

Where is the dog park?

It is located on the Preakness side next to the Mail house and Playground.

Where can my guests park when visiting the community?

We ask that guests park in parking areas adjacent to their buildings such as side parking lots or lots located at the amenities areas.

Do residents need a pool pass to use the pool?

Yes. They obtain this at move in. One bracelet is given per occupant.

What are your fitness center hours?

Our gym is open 24 hours 7 days a week, so you have the flexibility to be active on your own schedule. Residents are provided a Brivo common area access code, which they can use to access all community amenities, like the gym.

Where is the Compactor located?

At the front of the community as you exit.

Where are the grills and what type are they?

Charcoal – Next to the pool area and at the mail houses.

Who are the water and/or electricity provider and how can I contact them for service setup?

Water is billed by the community. Electricity is thru Sawnee EMC – (770) 887-2363

What are the top community amenities?

We have a carwash, dog park and a laundry facility.
